Responsibilities

  • Research and identify the business needs, evaluate current business processes, and formulate ways for the business to improve.
  • Develop and maintain short and longterm business development plans.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders, produce useful reports and prepare followup action plans.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting
  • Attend conferences, meetings and industry events to stay uptodate on current industry trends; build networks and reach out to potential business partners and clients
  • Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential business partners and clients at the meetings, industry exhibits, tradeshows and conferences
  • Work with management in managing oversea branches and developing business operational strategies.
  • Any other related duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • Degree in Business related or any other related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and at least 2 year experience in the Fintech industry
  • Excellent business English speaking and writing skills is a must.
  • Able to attend the business meetings at different time zones, only if needed _(timeoff will be granted for such assignments.)_
  • Payment service provider related knowledge is preferred
  • Indepth knowledge of the Fintech industry and current events
  • Experience in preparing technical related documents and workflow diagrams for the developers is a plus
  • Conversant with Business Japanese is a plus.

Salary:
Up to $5,500.00 per month
