Description

The incumbent is responsible for providing support as a Shared Service mainly related to Cloud system and solutions to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) Group Companies in APAC and India.

He/she will also support the businesses by constantly updating new IT technologies, including Cloud and AI, providing support for MHI Japan Headquarter to ensure IT governance of subsidiaries in APAC and India as well as overseeing and manage the entire IT infrastructure within MHI-AP to ensure that IT systems support the business operation of the company effectively.

Job responsibility
Shared Services to Group Companies mainly related to Cloud System and Solutions

Plan and execute rapid migration from legacy system to cloudbased systems.
Continuing verification and deployment in pursuit of optimal Cloud solutions for businesses enhancement among MHI group companies.
Find and train local Cloud and infrastructure vendors for regional group companies

Ensure IT governance, including Cloud security, in APAC and India

Effectively communicate IT governance and security instructions, including Cloud security checklist and policy, from MHI HQ to regional group companies.
Rebuild internal network backbone and security configuration to expand Cloud usage.
Act as 1stcontact window for any IT issues from APAC and India companies.
Collect and submit feedback from group companies to MHI.

Internal support

Planning, development, maintenance, and management of IT systems for MHI-AP.
Provide IT support for employees and corporate businesses.

Management

Lead, evaluate and develop IT Group members (include providing technical advice, coaching, and job assignment) so that IT systems effectively support business operations in compliance with all regulations, laws, employment standards, and requirements.

Job requirement

Either Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or its equivalent or at least three years' of experience in Cloud Engineering
A wide range of IT knowledge on information security, servers, computers, networking fields etc. that can be applied to building Cloud system and solutions.
Professional Cloud skills to propose, deploy, and operate new services.
Proficieny with Japanese language to communicate with MHI as a contact person.
Provide resolutions & support on IT related matters for MHI Digital Innovation Headquarters, APAC & India Group Companies
Smooth interface & negotiation of contracts with IT vendors and project customers,
