Responsibilites:

Provide maintenance and support for Customers' Enterprise Cybersecurity Services
Experience working with any of the following: Fortinet Firewalls, Check Point Firewalls, RSA SecurID, Tripwire Log Center, Qradar, McAfee EPO, Rapid
Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to patching
Work closely with Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager to fulfil project deliverables and operational request
Able to establish TAC cases with the principal vendor for complex problem until its resolved
Able to work in 24 x 7 standby duties

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent
Required to have minimum 5 years of handson network / cybersecurity technical support experience
CCNA certified is a must
Preferably with CCNP/CCIE, Fortinet certification, QRadar certification
Experience with Security networking in implementation, maintenance support and patching
Fastpaced environment
Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities
Highly selfmotivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
Good communication and writing skills
Strong customer service orientation
Able to work independently
