Systems Analyst - Singapore - GMP Technologies

Description

. Provide on site support for Passenger Check-in Systems/ Flight Information Display System (FIDS) at Singapore Changi Airport Terminals.

. Looking at the skills in network and desktop troubleshooting, with operation experience to ensure that the system meets the SLA

. To support with the Content Management System (CMS) on the scheduling and deployment of information to the Flight Information Display System (T4).

. To work with Product team on any system enhancement or troubleshooting.

. System and database admin experience will be preferred.

Requirements:

. Bachelor Degree in IT or relevant discipline.

. Prefer experience in relevant systems applications, with strong experience in end user support for desktop , Windows OS, Basic Networking, hardware peripherals.

. Experience in customer support environments will be advantageous.

. Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong customer-oriented attitude and inter-personal skills,

. Willing to travel to multiple sites

. 2 days work and 2 days off rotating shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM PM Shift 8PM to 8AM)
