- Lead engineers in streamlining the development process and cycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design and troubleshooting documentation.
- Design, lead, and implement DevOps best practices.
- Architect, develop, configure, administer, and maintain CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Delivery) tools/utilities for both monolithic and modular systems across development, staging, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with the development team to optimize code deployment.
- Analyze code and provide detailed assessments to the developer team to drive application improvement and ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance technical tools, systems, processes, and data security.
- 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role, with at least 2 years in a Lead role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to explore and assess new solutions for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong knowledge and experience in computer networking.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Shell, Python, or Golang.
- Experience working with databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience in infrastructure and application monitoring.
- Knowledge of designing systems with high availability and failover capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code development.
- Solid understanding of Docker/container technologies.
- Proficiency in performance optimization, security, load balancing, and system troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
