- Act as the business analyst/project manager for client engagements, leading project scope and timeline adherence to meet quality standards and client needs
- Elicit requirements through various methods and develop recommendations based on past client experiences
- Create and maintain project documentation using standard templates
- Ensure project success and resolve issues throughout the project life cycle
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients
- Support clients during testing activities and production rollout
- Provide product enhancement recommendations to Product Management
- Engage in internal cross-functional initiatives
- Assist the Integration Manager as required
- Incorporate risk and control processes into daily tasks to monitor and mitigate risks
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Verbal and Written)
- Demonstrated project management and application integration skills, PMP certification desirable
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry with knowledge of Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business
- Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols highly preferred
- Extensive client-facing experience with the ability to lead client expectations effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear technical and non-technical communication
