Basic up to $3800 + Completion Bonus
Chemical Manufacturing MNC, Located at Jurong East

Responsibilities:

The customer service and shipping coordinator arrange appropriate transportation and the necessary documentation to ensure ontime delivery of customer's orders, in compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation:
Processing orders ready in the SAP system for packing to enable warehouse employees to pack goods on time
Providing forwarding agent/trucker with accurate instructions and documentation for pickup, customs clearance, and shipment
Ensuring customers are given timely and accurate information concerning shipment
Dealing with customer complaints in the SAP system ensuring solving all logistic complaints like product errors or transport damages, ensuring replacement of goods, organizing the return of goods, and issuing credit notes if required.
Keeping customers informed of any changes in the timing of their orders due to production or other problem
Informing customers of any credit or account issues that are preventing the acceptance or progression of an order.
Ensuring compliance with sites credit control and SHE policies
Ensuring maintenance of customer master data in SAP.
Arrange and coordinate with customers, forwarders, logistics vendors and internal teams on shipment readiness and ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Work on outgoing shipment schedules with logistics vendors and freight forwarders.
Coordinate and manage all other transportationrelated processes for export shipment.
Work closely and actively follow up with various internal teams to fulfill customers' requests on shipmentrelated queries/requests and documentation.
