Social Media Manager - Singapore - DENTSU ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD.
Description
How you'll make an impact:
- Helping to build a holistic approach to local / regional / global social media handle, eliminating misalignment and operational bottlenecks.
- Ensuring a steady flow of engagement through content products and making sure every external content piece from dentsu makes sense, brings value and sparks conversation.
- Scouting for stories / narratives across regions and markets — to elevate to global social channels and support the global web content strategy.
- Scheduling & posting regularly into global social feeds via social management tools (e.g. Hootsuite/Sprout).
- Working with various media formats as part of dentsu's content production: audio snippets, videos, stories, social media cards, live event broadcasts, etc.;
- Building a system of metrics & tracking analytics.
- Running paid marketing campaigns across social.
- Bringing best practices and innovative thinking to corporate social media handles and educating internal audiences.
What you'll bring to our team:
- Qualifications in media, communications, marketing or related fields
- 57 years of agencyside or clientside experience
- Strong knowledge of social and creative software suites
- Ability to quickly build trust and influence all levels of an organization
- Stellar writing skills, strong management abilities and interpersonal skills
- Experience driving adoption of best practice frameworks
