ob Description & Requirements:

The Customer Service Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Support the Commerical team with day to day adminstrative duties to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Download customer enquiry and orders from various internet based customer portals & eplatforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B etc)
  • Assist the Commerical team with the preparation of quotations using relevant systems as and when needed.
  • Accurately update relevant information and line items into the company ERP system.
  • Maintain and develop existing customers to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for handling Request for Quotations (RFQs) within the time allocated including receiving, creating and distributing the quote to the client
  • Responsible for handling technical and provision queries whilst liaising with internal procurement to ensure products are competitive and the quality required for the client.
  • Coordinate the planning and distribution of pick lists as per loading requirements to ensure timely deliveries and release of goods
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the Commerical Manager.
