About The RoleWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Production Intern to join our Production Team.
You will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the production process, including pre-production planning, on-set support, and post-production coordination.
You must be able to commit to a minimum of 24-weeks (6 months) internship.
What You Will Do
Pre-Production Support
Organize and prepare materials for shoots.
Coordinate schedules and maintain communication with team members and vendors.
Assist in location scouting and obtaining necessary permits.
On-Set Assistance
Provide on-site support to ensure smooth operations during shoots.
Set up, break down, and perform basic maintenance of production equipment.
Assist with props, wardrobe, and other production needs.
Post-Production Coordination
Organize and manage media files and production documents.
Collaborate with editors and other post-production staff.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
General Administrative Duties
Maintain production logs, budgets, and schedules.
Track and manage inventory of production equipment and supplies.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the production manager or team.
The Successful Candidate Should Have
Possess or currently studying for a Diploma/Degree in Communications/Media/Film Studies or equivalent.
Strong passion for film, video, or media production.
Basic proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a must.
Basic knowledge of Production Equipment and Software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Cameras) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player
Able to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Able to commit for a minimum of 24-weeks (6 months) internship.
