Description

• Proficient in 2D & 3D AUTOCAD & other desirable software skills (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
• To have at least 2 project experiences related to LTA MRT station is preferable.
• To assist in documentation of C&S drawings and to update of drawings from time to time.
• To deliver a coordinated federated models in agreed formats.
• To assists Design Manager to incorporate various SWC requirements into construction drawing.
• To collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
• To make use of BIM Model for coordination, sequencing and execution of works.
• To perform clash checks using the developed BIM Models.
• To coordinate with C&S designer to prepare C&S shop drawing for construction use.
• To perform QAQC check before release and exchange of BIM Models.
• To ensure ontime completion of required drawing.
• To prepare asbuilt drawings submission.
• Willing to work on extra hours or even over weekend during the peak period to meet the construction schedules.
• Good team player, selfdriven, and with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Good organizational, problem solving and communication skills
