Methods Engineer - Singapore - BACHY SOLETANCHE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Description
Lead a team of drafters- Knowledge of construction methods and site management
- Coordinate closely with construction, scheduler and design team
- Prepare site utilization plan considering each phase of the works, diversion of utilities, temporary and permanent works
- Develop detailed sequence of construction for station entrances including all constraints such as underground works, temporary installation and equipment, permanent works, schedule
- Work with subcontractors to understand their needs and constraints
- Review design drawings and comment on any constructability concerns
- Propose any alternative of sequence to improve safety, schedule and cost
- Reports to the Construction Manager
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience with knowledge in foundation (diaphragm wall, bored pile), soil improvement, civil works with strong experience in methods and construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment
