The Offer

• Seeking a highly qualified and experienced Outsourcing Senior Accountant to lead our outsourcing team.

The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing accounting activities and posting A/P, A/R, GL and taxation
• Responsible for Month-end/Year-end closing process and reconciliation of ledgers
• Preparing and analysing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Prepare and submit Sales and Service Tax returns and Withholding Tax returns
• Perform payment processing
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory compliance
• Liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banker etc.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Understand clients' business needs and objectives, providing proactive financial advice and solutions.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge in accounting and financial management.
• May be seconded to clients' office whenever required

The Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification like CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Accountant.
• Strong Knowledge on tax laws, compliance and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
