Job Summary:

- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Employment type: Permanent, full time
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of tender, including but not limited to:
- Pre-tender stage (pre-qualification/tender briefing)
- Base cost estimation
- Technical and Economical risk assessment
- Cash flow and PNL forecast
- Project management and technical proposals
- Tender submission coordination with other relevant departments
- Notices evaluation to identify the winning potential
- Tender presentation to all relevant stakeholders for approval
- Tender presentation and interview with the clients
- Queries and responses regarding the tender
- Tender results and strategies
- Cost management and gap analysis
- Upcoming tender
- Oversee the Tender and Estimation department
- Manage the development and implementation of the department's SOP
- Develop staff to possess relevant cost estimation knowledge and skill sets
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
- Possess a good understanding of BIM and Novade
- Possess knowledge regarding electrical circuit theory & analysis, distribution system & protection, electrical testing method, high voltage switching operations & procedure, electrical system design, commercial & industrial low voltage installation
- Possess experience in a tender for electrical project
