Customer Service Administrator (West)

Job Hours: 8am to 5pm

Job Location:
Tuas

Responsibilities:

Responsible for setting up new customers in CRM and ensuring compliance with company policies
Liaison between sales and production for incoming customer lots, including communication with the customers on receipting, forecasting
Data entry and record management using the Navision ERP system for customer jobs
Generation of the final customer statement and invoicing
Communication with customer and company staff on pricing and transfers
Payment preparation
Management of customer complaints

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma holder in Business Administration preferred
At least 2 years of working experience with prior customer service experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
