    Description

    Job Description

    You will provide administrative and logistical support for clinical trainings managed by Education Office (EO), including building on excellent working relations with MOH, NHG and school partners and assist to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for such programmes for reporting purposes.

    You will assist management in the preparation of papers, policies & procedures, or proposals, on matters pertaining to Medical, Nursing, Allied Health education and clinical training.

    You will manage the collation of clinical training data and student feedback received for reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

    You will work closely with MOH, NHG, internal and external stakeholders on funding matters, budget projections, tracking of budget utilisation, financial year-end closing activities, audit reviews and reporting, billing, payment and procurement processes.

    You will provide support in the review of agreements between NHG, IMH & NHG Diagnostics and school partners on funded and non-funded clinical trainings.

    You will also support Education Office and Clinical Educator leads in planning and organising annual education work-plan retreats, provide secretarial support for EO and NHG education-related meetings, and any other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

  • Degree Holder with at least 2-3 years working experience
  • Work experience in healthcare / hospital / education industry would be an advantage
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable and dynamic individual with an eye for detail and positive attitude
  • Keen interest in process improvement and willingness to learn
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Committed team player, empathetic and able to work well in teams to achieve department's goals
