Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out dining hall daily operations task and role
• Ensuring service is ready, timely execution of daily meals & festive specials
• Work closely with the team and be a team player ensure that product and service standards are maintained at all times
• Take account and monitor daily customer feedback and work with Culinary and Operations teams to rectify products / services issue
• Work with Culinary, Dietician/ Nutritionist and Client teams on cyclical menu planning activity
• Perform simple cutting of vegetable, meat and fruit
• Perform simple sandwich and dessert making
• Setting up of dining hall and ready for operations
• Perform counter serving and table service
• Carry out hygiene task (not limiting to cleaning and washing)
• Perform pot wash and ware wash

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Strong team player
• At least 2 years of F&B experiences
• With Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
