- Assist in performing all aspects of new investment sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, modeling, preparation of investment committee material, deal execution and investment reporting
- Analyze and evaluate growth stage investment opportunities in technology companies in Pan Asia market
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling
- Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities
- Summarize the due diligence findings in investment recommendation memoranda for internal Investment Committee
- Prepare and presenting investment recommendations
- Actively monitor portfolio performance.
- Hands-on financial modeling experience in TMT/digital finance sector
- 2-5 years of prior private equity/venture capital, investment banking, consulting experience
- This position will be filled at one of two levels (Associate or Senior Associate) depending upon the qualifications of the individual selected
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields
- Highly analytical and strong financial modeling capabilities
- Solid communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate points of view internally & externally to various levels
- Fluency in Bahasa a plus
