Description

This position is under the MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT Team. Together with the Marketing, they drive new businesses and form the heartbeat of the company's growth potential.

Responsibility

• Presenting to consultants, architects, interior designers, developers, property management on customize solutions
• Specifying products for tenders
• Part of a team to launch and develop new products and businesses
• Formulate business strategies to reach out to new markets, including overseas
• Work closely with Sales Team to develop key accounts
• Responsible for the growth of new products

Requirements

• Min 5 years of working experience in sales and /or marketing
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design or Architectural
• Good business acumen to identify opportunities
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Resourcefulness whereby to be able to work with partners to find solutions
• Experience in Built Environment, Facility Management, Interior Design and Architectural preferred
