Main Task:

Works alongside the Communications manager and take on projects that supports in the following:

• Responsible for development and implementation of regional internal communications strategy that keeps employees informed, connected, and engaged.
• Strategic business partner who supports key leaders in developing effective communications for various key events, and meetings.
• Hands on responsibility for creating presentations, videos, content needed by the business. Manage and organize the regional coms content library – proactively coordinating the collection and creation of photos, videos, and other visuals, and guiding regional and country teams on their effective use.

Learning from the projects:

• The role of communications in a MNC setting as it drives corporate messaging and ensures colleagues in the region are well informed.
• How to utilize various tools and platforms for communications.
• Exposure to regional business management and how to implement a project with a central control but adjusted for localized needs.

Requirements:

• PR/ Communications/ Marketing Communications/ Marketing
• Excellent Spoken and written English.
• Responsible and self-motivated individual
• Amiable personality with strong interpersonal skills
