    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Requirements:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing accurate and prompt responses through WhatsApp or Email.
    • Proactively monitor customer accounts, ensuring consistent and timely payments.
    • Implement recovery actions for overdue payments with professionalism and tact.
    • Enforce contract terms through regular reviews and prompt action when needed.
    • Provide administrative support for credit control documentation and archiving.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

    Requirements :

    • Minimum "O" level.
    • Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
    • Familiar with MS Excel.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Fresh Diploma holder is welcome to apply.
    • Candidate who is able to join within short notice is preferred.
