As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics department. You will be responsible for coordinating with customer service, planning daily activities, and overseeing the deployment of staff and fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customer service department on job arrangement
• Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently
• Deploy staff and fleet for daily operations
• Oversee the submission of name lists and documents for pre-job clearance
• Coordinate with trailer and crane subcontractors as needed
• Ensure all job requirements are properly arranged and disseminated to stakeholders
• Monitor daily job completion and ensure timely completion
• Monitor drivers' movement through GPS tracking system
• Prepare and maintain job documentation and safety documents
• Coordinate with warehouse for incoming and outgoing cargo
• Arrange drivers for material collection and purchasing
• Work closely with other controllers for efficient job coordination
• Arrange manpower for safety rectification
• Work with Human Resource on training scheduling and overtime matters

Requirements:

• Singaporean citizenship
• Min Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics operation and fleet control
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and ability to assign jobs for drivers
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaison and communication
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Meticulous, proactive, and high sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• PC literate and proficient in MS Office Excel and Outlook
