    Description

    Job Purpose

    The Senior Executive / Executive will assist in collating and reporting of operational performance to regulators, enhancing the operational processes and performance, planning of events and supporting projects of the Operations department in BPLRT.

    Responsibilities


    . Monitor and update BPLRT performance including creation of dashboards for management oversight and reporting
    . Collate, check and submit Operating Performance Standards (OPS) to LTA
    . Prepare any other reports or presentations for submission to the Management as and when required
    . Support and plan for special events include Full Sunday Closure and Exercises within Ops, inter- department or external agencies
    . Coordinate with Customer Relation on feedback or complaint
    . Work on projects to enhance operations and administer system contracts renewal
    . Conduct internal audit to ensure documentation of Control and Station Ops is in order
    . Review and update the Standard Operating Procedures, convert SOP to rulebooks and prepare new instructions
    . Support Station Ops in rejuvenating the stations and Control Ops during an incident.
    . Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of Department

    Qualifications & Work Experience


    Degree in Engineering discipline with supervisory experiences in railway industry or front line operation experience in public transportation.
