Job Description:
As the member in our Renewal Team, you will be responsible to handle the front-line and/or corporate secretarial and compliance related duties in delivering services to customers with professionalism, integrity and service excellence.
We need an individual who has a passion for the customer service line.
He/ she must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and as such should possess good organizational and time management skills.
If tasked in the role in the Corporate secretarial and compliance team, the individual has to be meticulous and possess good verbal and written communication skills to interact with directors of companies and prepare resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of frontline service activities.
- Support Corporate Secretarial team on related duties.
- Perform sales support related duties with professionalism, integrity and service excellence.
- Deliver services to customers with professionalism, integrity and service excellence.
- Assist in developing business opportunities and generate leads to commercial team.
- Support all marketing efforts in crossselling and upselling SME Advisory Centre and group related services.
- Assist in the implementation of systems and/or procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of frontend activities.
- Assist in achieving corporate objectives.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements
- Diploma or A Levels or equivalent.
- O Levels graduate with at least 23 years of administrative/sales support experience.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse team.
- Strong Service-Orientation with high tolerance level and critical thinking and problemsolving skills, work in teams, resourceful, responsible, tenacious, independent, selfconfident, highenergy, etc.
- Self-Driven, enthusiastic and tenacious about achieving set targets and who yearn to succeed as individuals and as part of a team people committed to creating change in their work.
- Capable and effective
- Disciplined, takes pride in delivering quality work in facepaced environment, able and ready to take a handson role in solving organization challenges, customers problems and in making improvement.
