In your new role you will:

  • Responsible for developing test programs on any of the following mainstream ATE platform
    (V93K, MicroFlex, J750, UltraFlex):
  • Responsible for
    test migration to new ATE test platform , high parallelism conversion improvements and test time optimization
  • Responsible for
    test knowledge transfer to production, test package buyoff (GR&R), test correlation and qualification
  • Responsible for
    loadboard/DIB development activities such as schematic review, component placement, layout approval
  • Develops innovative solutions to automate test process or methods for more efficient testing
  • Documentation of standard test package releases and initiate bestpractice sharing among Test Engineers
  • Provide technical support to production test issues (software &hardware) using data analysis and test debugging skills
You are best equipped for this task if you have:


  • Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with
    more than 5 years experience in Semiconductor testing and familiar with Digital, Power & Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
  • Knowledgeable in developing
    device interface board (Loadboard) and have a strong understanding of schematic diagrams and electronic component symbols
  • Experienced in working with Teradyne and Advantest tester platforms
  • Strong programming knowledge in
    Visual Basic, C++ and scripting:
  • Strong understanding of final test production process and ability to drive test improvement projects
  • Must exhibit proactiveness with high ability of selfmanagement,positive attitude, and a team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
