SummaryCustomer Service Technician is responsible for providing the company's after-sales technical and service support.He will support product commissioning, maintenance and also provide product training to clients.
Accountabilities
- Responsible for technical and administrative support activities including installation, testing, repair, modifications, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, client product training, etc.
- Undertake transportation of (desktop) machines to & from site when required.
- Responsible for timely, professional, accurate and service oriented response to all technical inquires.
- Supports and maintains good communication with lead engineer.
- Represents the company in customer care role and is responsible for customer's satisfaction with equipment and service quality.
Business Experience/Educational BackgroundEssential Time management and personal effectiveness skills Good interpersonal skills and team spirit Diploma/ ITE qualification Possess class 2 or 3 driving license with own transport.
PreferredHe should be educated in Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical engineering, IT, Computer Science or relevant field with at least - 2 years of field services experiences.
