IT Assistant Manager - Singapore - CHANGI COVE PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsible for the IT operations & services within the Hotel, including software and hardware support, security, anti-virus protection, server & network maintenance, website etc.
- Provide all system and network support services, including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting, restoration of services, virus protection management
- To monitor and report on operational IT problems and carries our tests on software implementations, updates software patches and installs antivirus systems to protect the systems.
- To train end users on the correct usage of IT systems and provide first line user support services before referring to vendor support, if required
- Provide IT technical assistance and support for all users and guests within the hotel
- Assist in management of third party vendors
- To document all IT tasks, work processes, system workflow and ensure proper tracking and records of Hotel's IT equipment and issuance to associates
- Manage the daily backup of the system and data files
- Manage the sourcing, acquisition and configuration of hardware and software for the hotel and office
- Responsible for all software and hardware renewal licensing
- To constantly explore new IT improvement and efficient way in supporting the hotel operations.
- Perform any adhoc duties and projects assigned
Requirement
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Hardware & Software Management, Network Security, System Administration
