Contracts Manager - Singapore - PEARL RIVER ENGINEERING PTE LTD
Description
Responsibilities:
- Drafting of tender documents, tender evaluation and providing recommendations to clients.
- Verify and certify claims submitted by Contractors and prepare final accounts.
- Verify variation order claims submitted by Contractors.
- Produce bills of quantities, cost estimates and sourcing for quotations when required.
- Interpret drawings and specifications to perform quantity take-off.
- Review and implement contract administration procedures and policies.
- Provide support to the bidding team to ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bids.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Building / Project / Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in QS/Contracts Managements;
- Experiences in sub-contractor construction companies will be an advantage;
- Able to work independently in fast-paced environment;
- Good communication and writing skills;
Job Types:

Salary:
$4, $5,500.00 per month
