Executive, Tenancy Design - Singapore - ORCHARD TURN DEVELOPMENTS PTE. LTD.

Description

• Conduct Tenancy Design Guidelines briefing and generate drawings to Tenants prior to their fitting out works
• Review Tenants proposal and ensure quality of design and construction meets management's expectation
• Perform site inspection during Tenants fitting out works to ensure the design is constructed according to approval
• Provide support and assist on space planning and updating mall drawings
• Assist in design proposal/presentation for special projects in the mall and followup with its processes
• Able to provide analytical solutions to tenants & vendors on adhoc tasks and spatial needs

• Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture or NTC III
• Minimum 3 years experiences working in interior / architecture design environment is required
• Good computer skills i.e. AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator are required.
• Creative software i.e. Sketchup / 3DMax, etc. are preferred.
• Good numeracy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools i.e. Words, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
• Experiences in architecture and interior works i.e. design principles, construction detailing and material properties
• Strong communication skills i.e. Both spoken and written
