Description

Co-colation Assistant (Admin outdoor work) (Temp Part-Time basis)

For a Telecommunications company

Temp rate:
$11/hour (day) and $17/hour (night or, weekends) + transport claims

Duties and responsibilities

Escort 3rd party Techical staff for their physical access at Central Offices around Singapore
Ensure they adhere to the house rules of the Central Office and Colocation Room.
Ensure they are monitored during the duration of their physical access.
Liaise with NOC (Network Operation Centre) for activation and to ensure the access goes smoothly.
Furnish the Work Activity Report for all physical access.
Ensure information (Attendance, Time In/Out, signature, etc) in the LOA (Letter of Authority) is captured accurately.

Requirements:

No técnical skill required

_- Previous work experience in Security and Data Center will be an advantage. _

_- Having own car/ motorbike will be an advantage. Can claim mileage. _

Positive mindset and attitude.
Possess good communication and problemsolving skills.
Willingness to learn. Training provided.
