Description
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences.- Provide general administrative support to project managers in daytoday project documentation.
- Perform billings for respective projects and dispatch of Invoices in accordance with Clients' practices.
- Procure, manage, and take regular inventory of office equipment and office supplies _. _
- Manage and update Purchase Orders, and ensure timely payment to avoid disruption in the provision of goods and services.
- Initiate screening process for new customers and preparation of source data ahead of screening.
- Managing contracts with a proper filing system.
- Maintain and upkeep the Department's data and records.
- To perform any other adhoc tasks/assignments/projects assigned by Management
Must have knowledge of SAP
