Overview:

The SAP Manager will set the strategic direction, lead the growth, and manage of the SAP Team.

Responsibilities:

Manage/Hire SAP Team

Manage pre-sales and delivery

Build SAP team for pre-sales and delivery

Manage delivery to ensure the overall success of the implementation/project delivery of SAP solutions and business processes.

Must provide leadership and management for the assigned team and is expected to develop an effective team that will meet and exceed customer expectations.

Proactively build and grow a team culture that focuses on successful and enduring customer and partner relationships.

Work with clients directly

Requirements:

8+ years of SAP techno-functional experience

At least 2 years of end-to-end SAP pre-sales management

At least 5 years of SAP project and/or program management

At least 3 years of team management

Strong solution architecture and pre-sales background

Proven track record in business development

Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience and thought leadership

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong presentation skills
