    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Business Development

    • Integrate knowledge from external and internal networks, multi-stakeholder insights; and understanding of business, competitive and industry priorities in the development and implementation of strategic communication plans that build, enhance, and reinforce the reputation of Arteastiq Group in the local market
    • To develop opportunities for support branding thus maximising market penetration and exposure through endorsement by third parties.
    • Support developing and implementing a strategic plan to communicate the Arteastiq vision/mission, business strategy, and organisational goals both internally and externally.
    • Proactively monitor and identify potential business/category / brand-related issues and develop issues-management strategies.
    • Developing and maintaining a close relationship with potential brands for strategic collaborations.
    • Work closely with other departments like the Human Resources, Operations, and Finance teams on internal business development through the adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.
    • Taking ownership of being the key reporting person from various departments on task progression and relaying the reports to the Director in a systemic, professional, and timely manner.
    • Manage the entire franchise/ investing process from lead conversion all the way to a successful signing while maintaining brand and company standards.
    • Take complete ownership of the provided leads and build strong rapport and relationships with prospective franchisees and investors.
    • Thoroughly qualify leads and cultivate prospects into motivated and successful franchisees or investors. Act as the key liaison point between franchisees and legal to ensure a smooth process as they come on board.
    • Constructing high-level strategic business plans and identifying new sources of growth.
    • Negotiating deals with brands and curating dynamic campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required.
    • Working closely with the Director/Operation Manager/Executive Chef to optimise the visibility and credibility of potential Brands or Products.
    • Handle queries and discussions on all things online related with clients and teammates.
    • Handle ad hoc matters assigned by superior or management.
    • Be a core part of the team, working individually and as a group to hit targets and goals.

    Marketing

    • Build personal rapport/connection with journalists, publications, and influencers across various media (digital/print), to position Arteastiq Group's brands at their top-of-mind recall.
    • Developing strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business results
    • Ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, provide value-added content that is suited to customer's needs as well as interests and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences
    • Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles– internal, external, PR, social, web and digital.
    • Collaborating across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, EDMs, marketing platforms and content syndication including thought leadership, market trends, reports, surveys, and customer satisfaction stories
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    • Uncover new opportunities and market knowledge by conducting research on organisations and individuals.
    • Actively keeping up with industry news and trends.
    • Develop personal skill sets in maintaining interpersonal relationships.
    • To create and edit video content/creative video for social media and digital platforms.
    • Photo/video shoot and post-production photo/video.
    • Provide multimedia design support for social media marketing.
    • Assist the Marcomm Manager in creating branding and marketing collaterals, including, but not limited to corporate brochures, posters, signage, pop-up stands and logos, etc.
    • Maximise results and hit targets on your campaigns on Search Engine Marketing platforms (Google, Yahoo, Bing);
    • Manage media plans on the various Ad Networks (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu, Yahoo, Bing, YouTube, etc);
    • Analyse data and work out actionable insights for the client to better their business
    • Craft copies on ads and web pages that can effectively get conversions;
    • Implement tracking of advertising campaigns and websites via Google Analytics for performance reporting

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Customer Relations and developing programs, roadmaps, and Customer Relation strategies, also focusing on loyalty and retention marketing strategies.
    • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
    • Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
    • Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensures it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
    • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
    • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
    • Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum profitability.
    • Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
