Role
The Centre Sales and Engagement Associate will be expected to

  • Think fast on your feet and hold ability to build relationship quickly, effectively, and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Brand ambassador with strong knowledge of your role and product.
  • Possess a sound understanding of the overall operations.
  • Attend events and source leads through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all inbound leads to ensure all are responded to (by the Venue teams or yourself) in a timely manner.
  • Organize centre tour inperson with prospect or attend to membership enquiries.
  • Communicate the brand and lifestyle to ensure the highest conversion rate of booked tours.
This includes setting up the tour, introduction to Location Managers and closing deals.

  • Work towards maintaining 100% building occupancy through achieving booked tour goals.
  • Drive relationships across the centre and identify new sales opportunities within existing and new memberships/relationships.
  • Provide regular updates about current, future and upcoming sales objectives, processes or training required.
  • Present a monthly sales report on total sales, promotions and metrics to Head of Centre Revenue and Operations.
  • Organise events for potential clients within the assigned sectors to generate high quality leads.
  • Attend and request sales meetings to provide sales solutions if necessary and support where needed.
  • Have an oversight of outbound sales enquiries, which includes prospects, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring all leads are input correctly.
  • Consistently conduct market research to understand the industry trends and occupancy rates.
  • Market analysis of competitors which includes new opening, their sales strategy and market occupancy.
  • Aggressively outreach and target companies across Singapore to sell them the Staytion experience.
  • Network intensively in the target market to generate business contacts and leads.
  • Work closely with the Venue teams to ensure all Centres are 'tourready' and looking their best.
  • Be creative and constantly think outside the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets.
  • Consistently look to improve our tour process by conducting regular training sessions with the Venue teams.
  • Work with the Venue teams to ensure all renewals are handled appropriately and to the best outcome.
  • Work together with the team to grow sales and membership revenues and increase excellency in membership services in centre.

Requirements:


  • Diploma from recognized institute and/or minimum 2year experience in the Customer service, F&B, events and hospitality sectors.
  • Comfortable and confident with coldcalling, aggressive outreach, attending networking events and coming up with creative approaches to generate leads.
  • Exceptional people and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitask skills.
  • Effectively handle pressure and problem solve.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to take initiative.

  • May need to work on weekends and public holidays.
