    Primary Objective/Purpose of the JobReporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, the Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.

    The jobholder is focused on assigned portfolio growth in a competitive environment, operating with full adherence to prescribed compliance framework and service levels.

    ResponsibilitiesMaintain robust strategic account dashboard, understand and track performance of assigned merchant portfolio.

    Work with management team to formulate, plan and execute up/cross sales and retention strategies for assigned accounts.

    Deliver against assigned individual sales, revenue and product penetration target.

    Aggressively negotiate for the most competitive but sustainable pricing for the business


    Own all account management activities including new opportunities to conversion while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures for optimal merchant sales and services delivery.

    Actively monitor market trend and activities. Understand and implement new product or solution to address evolving needs of merchants, including on-site demonstration

    Advocate and educate merchants on all Card acceptance regulations.

    Collaborate across teams to improve merchant service and satisfaction level.

    Participate in RFQ/RFPs, and regular /ad-hoc meetings, projects as required.

    Knowledge and Skill RequiredEntrepreneurial self-starter in generating new opportunities with assigned accounts

    Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft office and Sales Force

    Able to multi-task and prioritise resources with the ability to work under a high pressure environment.

    Good analytical, initiative and problem solving skills when dealing with external and internal customers.

    Experience5 years and above in account management and merchant solution sales experience in Payments and Fintech.

    Proven track record in developing and executing effective portfolio engagement strategies

    Has broad existing network within the payment eco-system.

    EducationTertiary or above education preferred.
