    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Handling of accounting functions inclusive but not limited to Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations
    • Maintain cash book, petty cash and prepare payments
    • Process Employee claims (Medical, Travel and etc.) via ERP system
    • Assist with GST submission
    • Assist in banking-related matters
    • Processing payroll via HRMS system
    • Assist in Work Pass Applications
    • And any other assigned accounting related duties

    Requirements

    • Degree in Finance or Accounting
    • Preferably with minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role
    • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
    • Familiar with ERP/HR/Payroll software such as MYOB will be advantageous
