Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assists and supports the Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects
  • Responsible for the execution of contracts or installation of projects, as well as the coordination with contractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments
  • Daily operation of field work activities and organization of subcontractors
  • Coordination of the implementation of a project, ensuring it is being built correctly
  • Project schedules and forecasts
  • Interpretation of drawing for tradesmen
  • Review of engineering deliverables
  • Regular project status reports
  • Effective communications between engineering, technical, construction and project control groups
  • Assistance to the project manager
  • Attending to other Ad Hoc matters that are related to the project

Qualifications / Requirements

  • ITE, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline
  • Experience in handling ACMV/HVAC/Cleanroom/M&E Projects a huge plus
  • Must have experience working at construction site
  • Selfmotivated, highly resourceful and organized
  • Positive Attitude
  • Enhanced Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC)
  • Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course (BCSS)
  • Any other WSH related
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with different levels
  • Good team player and able to function independently with minimum supervision
  • Good analytical skills and able to solve problems will be an advantage
