Position: Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Location: Multiple locations

Working Hours: 5-day work week

11AM - 8PM for 4 days a week;

9AM - 6PM for 1 day

Salary Package: Basic $2500

AL: 16 days

Dental: $200 yearly reimbursement

Transport Allowance: $128 fixed monthly

Mobile Allowance: $88 fixed monthly

KPI Incentive: $180 monthly (commission based)

Flexi bens: $720 fixed yearly

Contract completion bonus: 1 month basic

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operating expenses within operating budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Create visual merchandise strategies, guidelines, and standards to enhance the performance of product categories.
• Coordinate the annual visual merchandise plan to align with clients' business and marketing strategies, incorporating seasonal requirements and new product launches.
• Prepare presentations aimed at boosting sales through impactful visual
• Analyse competitors' visual merchandising approaches and integrate effective techniques into business practices.
• Assess customer profiles and store dimensions to determine appropriate visual presentations for various product segments.
• Evaluate retail data, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to drive sales.
• Collaborate with store managers on key visual merchandising initiatives.
• Work closely with event and management teams to devise innovative display strategies.

Requirements:

• Showcase strong creativity and imagination.
• Hands-on experience with graphic software and the ability to monitor visual displays effectively.
• Display expertise in store merchandising techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Have experience working with multi-brand retailers.
