Description

We are looking for a Dynamic Personnel .

Responsilibities :

• Creating reports about sales operations performance and identifying areas for improvement based on data analysis
• Coordinating with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure that products are received in good condition
• Tracking sales opportunities from lead generation through close of sale to ensure that all opportunities are followed up on, including making follow up calls to clients who have not responded to previous outreach efforts
• Processing orders, maintaining records of inventory levels, and monitoring customer satisfaction with products or services
• Maintaining databases of prospective clients and customers including contact information and details about their buying habits
• Working with the marketing department to develop plans for new product launches or other special events
• Supporting marketing activities by creating mailers, brochures, and other materials using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Microsoft Office programs such as Word and PowerPoint
• Training new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices so they can begin working effectively on their own
• Coordinating with accounting to ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner
