    Business Solutions Analyst - Technology Focus

    As a **Business Solutions Analyst**, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities. Your expertise will guide stakeholders in identifying and implementing effective solutions tailored to their requirements.

    • Act as a **subject matter expert** in your domain, collaborating with business users to ensure their needs are met through innovative solutions.
    • Conduct thorough **business process analysis**, forecasting requirements and proposing modernized approaches to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Keep abreast of the latest **technology trends** and industry advancements to ensure systems remain current and effective.
    • Work closely with business units, technology teams, and stakeholders to deliver IT solutions that align with organizational objectives.
    • Facilitate **requirement gathering sessions** with business users, assisting in the translation of these requirements into functional specifications or user stories.
    • Serve as a **liaison** between business and technology users, coordinating with IT teams to resolve user requests and issues efficiently.

    Qualifications:

    • In-depth understanding of **end-to-end business processes** within Consumer or Corporate Banking, including areas such as Customer Onboarding, CRM, Wealth Management, Internet and Mobile Banking, Payment Solutions, and Credit Processing.
    • Experience in **Digital Banking** and projects focused on business process reengineering is advantageous.
    • Proven expertise in **business analysis**, complemented by strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Ability to engage effectively with various business divisions and at different levels of seniority.
    • Familiarity with **agile/SCRUM methodologies**, SDLC, and digital initiatives utilizing technologies such as cloud computing, APIs, and microservices is a plus.
