Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:


  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records.
  • Offer empathetic support and guidance to individuals and families dealing with diabetes.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to coordinate care and services.

Administrative Duties:


  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate client records.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to diabetes care and support.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure necessary equipment is available and functioning.
  • Support the organization in event planning and execution, including workshops, seminars, and fundraising events.

Outreach and Education:


  • Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about diabetes.
  • Assist in developing and distributing educational materials.

Team Collaboration:


  • Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience in customer service/administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and database management.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Compassionate and patientcentered approach.
  • Knowledge of or interest in diabetes and healthcare is a plus.

Work Conditions:


  • Fulltime position, Monday to Saturday.
  • Officebased role with occasional community outreach activities.
