Description
We are looking for an administrative assistant with relevant experiences to join our team.Job responsibilities:
- Attend and resolve CRM operations related requests from business users on timely basis
- These requests include but not limited to records creation, update, deactivation and archival
- Resolve data discrepancies between systems to ensure overall data integrity
- Review and update newly created records to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Liaise with internal data owners to proactively update and maintain CRM records
- Some experience working in a corporate environment, possibly in a data entry or service support team
- Experience working with CRM data would be advantageous
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures
- Proficiency with excel and a meticulous attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
