In Corporate Communications capacity

• You support Assistant Director in engaging key stakeholders (media, government agencies, partners, international organisations) to generate publicity for the Centre
• Support Asst Dir (Corp Comms) in half year and full year media briefing
• Help conceptualise marketing communications collaterals (e.g. calendars, corporate folder, corporate video) to brand and profile the Centre. Work with vendors to produce the collaterals.
• Assist in photography and videography for the Centre's activities
• Assist the Centre's external-facing communications channels including corporate website and social media channels (Twitter, Linkedin)
• To support the development of communications content and materials to profile the Centre to its external stakeholders. These include assist drafting of news releases, fact sheets, and social media posts; as well as the production of corporate videos, publications and collaterals
• To be involved in media relations and to assist in organising media events including media briefings and interviews
• To help organise corporate events including seminars/conferences and Corporate visits

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma from any discipline; preferably in the field of Communications
• Excellent in writing and spoken English
• Adept in digital communications, including analytics and data measurement
• Social media and IT-savvy
