As ASM is rapidly expanding, we have a critical need to help design, develop and streamline all aspects of Talent Acquisition operations and program, therefore seeking an Intern who will be able to be part of the journey.

A day in the life of Talent Acquisition Intern

A brand ambassador for ASM by supporting the talent attraction strategy.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leads to design and streamline Talent Acquisition (TA) process.
Develop reports and analysis through leveraging in house tools.
Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.

What Will Make You Successful?

Undergraduate (penultimate year) pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
Wellorganized with great flexibility and enjoy a motivational level that is best described as 'passionate'.
