- Provide independent, senior-level advisory oversight during the setup and transition of operations.
- Offer guidance and perspective based on prior experience with comparable operational transitions and lift-and-shift initiatives., ideally in Central America.
- Review and challenge transition approach, governance, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
- Act as a sounding board for the client and delivery teams, supporting informed decision-making.
- Identify potential operational, organizational, and execution risks, and advise on mitigation strategies.
- Support key transition milestones and decision points through structured reviews and recommendations.
- Provide ad hoc advisory support on emerging operational or transition-related topics.
- Maintain a clear boundary between oversight/advisory responsibilities and day-to-day execution.
- Extensive experience in managing or overseeing operational transitions, including lift-and-shift initiatives.
- Strong background in operations setup, shared services, or offshore/nearshore transitions.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of transition governance, risk management, and operational stabilization.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and critical-thinking skills.
- Availability for a part-time freelance engagement (1 day/week), with flexibility for ad hoc support as required.
