Description

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Client Service Associate (12 months contract) to join the Singapore office as part of the Retail Client Service Team.

Responsibilities also include the co-ordination of operational matters and collaborating with different internal business partners in providing support for clients in the region.


  • What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?_
  • To assist with the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, annual and deliverables in a timely and professional manner.
  • To assist with regular and ad hoc management Reporting.
  • To assist with the updating & clearing of marketing materials with Compliance.
  • To assist in the organization of client events and actively participate in their implementation.
  • Comfortable in handling statistical analysis and data mining requests.
  • To assist with adhoc and administrative tasks such as invoices process, maintaining records on CRM, printing of materials etc
  • To understand the needs of the Team and provide timely and appropriate sales support to the Team in developing key relationships with clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationship through high quality client service.

- would help someone to be successful?_
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the financial services industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • Adapt to new initiatives and changing conditions swiftly with an open mind and able to work under tight deadline.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
