About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating corporate tax compliance engagements. You will oversee the compliance management process, manage client relationships, and develop budgets to ensure exceptional client service.

In this role, you will play a key part in business development, identifying cross-business line opportunities, and participating in managing the Tax Department.

Manage and coordinate corporate tax (including personal tax, partnership tax, and withholding tax) compliance engagements.
Develop budgets, determine resource requirements, and direct/monitor engagements.
Maintain continuous interaction with clients, manage expectations, and ensure exceptional client service.
Oversee the tax compliance process and adapt to challenges in the process.
Leading the tax compliance function, delegating work effectively, coaching, training, and resolving staffing issues.
Share knowledge to develop professionally and enhance service delivery. Facilitate open communication and supervise staff.
Participate in recruiting efforts when necessary.
Contribute to a stable and teamoriented working culture.
Assess and identify business development opportunities.
Build strong internal crossfunctional relationships within the company.

Job Requirement:

Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent with professional qualifications such as ATP/CPA/ Ca/ SCTP
Minimum 8 years of experience in tax functions and supervisory roles
Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
Knowledge in the software Singtax (Corporate & Personal) preferred
Ability to work within tight deadlines
