Roles & Responsibilities

My client are a diversified real estate Group with a strong focus on construction and development projects in SEA. With a proven track record in the industry, the group is known for its expertise in designing and delivering high-quality properties. They have successfully completed numerous residential, commercial, and industrial projects, contributing to the urban landscape and enhancing communities across the region. They are currently seeking a Head of BD/Investments to lead cradle to grave investment opportunities across SEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business development and investment team to structure and negotiate the closure of multiple investment transactions from end-to-end, including origination, research, deal evaluation and deal execution.
• Manage market intelligence and collating market /industry information to ensure competitiveness of the Company's products and services.
• Drives the company's business strategies to meet business objectives, attain the occupancy, business growth and financial targets.
• Building our network with investment partners, landlords and brokers.
• Supervise the preparation of feasibility studies, financial models, asset & investment reports.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business Management or other related discipline.
• At least 10 years real estate investment experience and at least 5 years' managerial experience
• Prior experience in investing in industrial properties
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and work with different personality types
