Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in filing accident reports
  • To ensure optimum advice and customer care quality for the service
  • Assess the liability and advise customers on the best method to pursue their motor insurance accident claims
  • Handle customers to submit claims, follow up and liaise with insurance company regarding claims;
  • Liaise with insurance companies pertaining to motor claims and timely submission of accident reports and all matters relating to motor accident claim
  • Manage all accident cars are repaired as scheduled and recommended by surveyors
  • Handle Discharge Vouchers/documents are duly approved and signed off by customers before releasing repaired accident cars
  • Followup with customers and insurance companies for payment of Excess pertaining to own damage claims and issue invoices pertaining to insurance claim
  • Follow up with customers regarding claims' status
  • Assist in answering phones calls
  • To perform data entry

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working attitude and passion to learn
  • Proactive attitude constantly looking at ways to improve efficiency and job performance
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work well as a team player and open mindedis essential
