Responsibilities:

As the Deputy Group CFO, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Group CFO in overseeing key finance functions, including fundraising efforts for potential capital market expansions. Your main focus will involve managing the different companies within the group, coordinating with external audit firms, assisting in M&A activities, and possessing the essential skills needed for the company's growth strategies.


Key Duties:

Financial Leadership:

- Partner with the CFO to offer strategic financial leadership and direction to the organization.
- Aid in devising and implementing financial strategies that align with corporate goals.

Entities Management:

- Assist in supervising financial operations and overseeing the management of group companies.
- Ensure financial consistency and adherence across all corporate entities.

External Audits:

- Supervise and manage the relationship with external audit partners.
- Coordinate and furnish necessary documentation for annual audits and financial reviews.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

- Support M&A initiatives, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning.
- Evaluate potential acquisitions and partnerships, providing financial perspectives.

Capital Market Expansions Readiness:

- Possess a thorough understanding of the processes and prerequisites for potential capital market expansions.
- Collaborate with the Group CEO to ensure preparedness for capital market expansions, including financial reporting compliance.

Fundraising Initiatives:

- Develop and execute strategies for fundraising initiatives to bolster the company's growth strategies.
- Identify possible sources of funding and build strong ties with investors.

Financial Reporting:

- Contribute to the creation of accurate and timely financial statements.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.

Risk Management:

- Collaborate closely with the Group CFO to recognize and address financial risks.
- Implement strategies to mitigate risks and protect the financial well-being of the organization.

Team Collaboration:

- Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance team.
- Provide mentorship and direction to team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior financial role showcasing progressive leadership duties.
- Strong background in M&A activities and a history of successful financial transactions.
- Experience in interacting with external audit partners and overseeing audit procedures.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
